The following organizational change has been made:
1. Establishment of a new organization:
o Effective March 1, 2023, we established the New Business Development Division.
2. Reason:
o Due to rapid changes in the business environment, we established a dedicated organization to strengthen the management and

promotion system for new business development operations under each division.
