The following organizational change has been made:
1. Establishment of a new division:
o Effective April 1, 2024, the Health Sciences Group was repositioned as the Health Sciences Division.
2. Reason:
o To expand our business in the health sciences field, we repositioned the current Health Sciences Group as a division.
o To expand our business in the health sciences field, we repositioned the current Health Sciences Group as a division.
